Francisco "Frank" Lamas was born and raised in East LA, where his parents owned and operated a Mexican restaurant and bakery for 25 years. He worked in the family business until his early twenties but couldn't shake the itch to go back to his roots and start a business of his own, serving up street tacos and homemade salsas like the old days. He has an instinct for flavor and

a passion for service.

Kaitlin King-Lamas is a Michigan native who moved to California's Central Coast in 2009 after spending years in Chicago and New York City.

She grew up in a family of great cooks with a love of and appreciation for good food. She shares Frank's passion for high quality, flavorful fare. She also shares a strong belief that exceptional service is rare and highly valued.
